I believe in recovery oriented living and offer therapy to develop what this might look like for each individual, whether it's recovery from trauma, addiction or other mental illness. Often life can feel out of balance and my goal is to collaborate with clients in putting their life back in balance by addressing emotional, cognitive and behavioral imbalances.
