In a therapeutic setting, I strive to provide the space for clients to shed the external expectations of who they should be, and instead find the strength in who they truly are. For those who know exactly what they want to work through, to those who just sense that life feels uncomfortable, I am here to help explore life experiences and how they have shaped the behaviors and emotions in the person one has become. From there we can work together to clarify a brighter path forward.
