I work best with people who are ready for something to shift, even if they're not quite sure what that looks like yet. You might be navigating big feelings, identity questions, life changes, or just feeling overwhelmed. My clients (kids, teens, and adults), are often looking for a space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Therapy with me is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, incorporating play therapy techniques for kids and teens. I do my best to create a safe, supportive space for kids, teens, and adults to explore the roots of what’s going on. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, big emotions, identity questions, life changes, or relationship challenges, I take a person-centered, collaborative approach that meets you where you are. I use techniques of play therapy, sand tray and art.
