Hello and welcome! My name is Nadia Sookar and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15+ years of experience in the mental health field. I am licensed in DC, VA and PA. I have a background in rehabilitation counseling, disability, chronic health, anxiety, depression, career concerns/adjustment and grief support. In addition, I also work a great deal in helping you navigate life transitions. Together, we can work in a holistic manner toward healing, which may mean focusing on outside lifestyle behaviors (nutrition, sleep) social supports, career and spirituality.
