Psychotherapy has the greatest impact when it is collaborative and interactive. I provide a safe, supportive, empowering space where, together, we can explore and untangle those elements of life that challenge you. Learning how to manage stressors, break old patterns, set healthy boundaries, and weather the upsets of life through self-care, mindfulness, and self-compassion, will be some of the main goals of our work together. Therapy is about identifying your strengths and learning how to integrate your experiences - especially the traumatic ones - in service of building a fuller, more confident, and most authentic sense of self.
