I work with adults, seniors, and teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, loneliness, anger, and paralysis about the state of the world and their place within it. They often describe a desire to live as their more authentic selves; make a bigger impact on positive change; have deeper and more meaningful relationships; transform financial struggles into new business ideas; and leave the world better than they found it. Additionally, as a survivor of breast cancer and meningitis, I also work with those who have chronic and terminal diagnoses, cancer, fear of death, and are facing end of life decisions.
