I am passionate about working with all people ages 18 and older. I provide individual and couples therapy. As your therapist I will come alongside you and we will find ways to manage your reality, within a safe, nonjudgemental space. Utilizing a person-centered approach, I will meet you where you are and help you through the process of self-discovery. I function from a strengths-based perspective, to help improve your resilience and help you focus on your unique qualities and strengths.
