Life can feel overwhelming at times, but therapy can be a place to reflect and heal. I'm a licensed clinical counselor who is very passionate about helping others. My clinical areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, low-self esteem, substance abuse, addiction, life transitions, grief, & trauma. In therapy, my goal is to work with you in a supportive & understanding way. I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and truly heard. We’ll figure out what’s getting in the way, talk through what’s most important to you, and build practical tools that can help you feel stronger and how to move forward in your life.
