I may look like your homegirl and will at times feel like your friend. Although I am not either, I am a down-to-earth and personable therapist who provides a judgement-free safe space for all my clients. I also allow sessions to be open and free while implementing healthy boundaries so the healing process can be done harmoniously and efficiently. CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing are used often. I utilize a person-centered approach with clients so I am able to implement any models necessary depending on the clients specific needs.
