Finding the right therapist is always one of the most important aspects of treatment. Nahima is committed to addressing a wide range of psychological challenges including anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, trauma, relational difficulties, and issues of self-esteem, impulse control, and emotional regulation from a relational and strengths-based perspective. She works collaboratively with patients and aims to provide psychoeducation, increase emotional regulation skills, and develop a working relationship to support the therapeutic work.
