My goal as a therapist is to help you to resolve your current problems and limitations, find your authentic self, and live life to its fullest. I have twelve years of experience with diverse groups of clients facing different challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, family and professional relationships, loss and grief, and transitions through different stages of life. I believe successful therapy starts with collaboratively identifying present issues and goals for our work together. My commitment to clients is to establish and maintain trust while addressing difficult phases of one’s personal development.
