About
I work with clients who’ve reached the point where they know something has to change—and they’re ready to start moving that change forward. Many of the people I support feel stuck in patterns of manipulation, self-doubt, or low self-worth. Relationships can feel complicated when old stories and unhealed trauma quietly shape the way we show up. We often rely on quick defense mechanisms to survive, but those same strategies can keep us repeating the same painful cycles. In our work together, you lead your healing journey. Through a psychodynamic lens, we’ll explore your story past and present to understand the “why” behind your patterns, emotions, and ways of relating. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relational trauma, and ADHD, and those who feel disconnected from their sense of worth or identity
