I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 13 years of experience in the field. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and life changes. It is my belief that sometimes just having an objective person to talk to is all a person needs to realize his or her potential, inner conflicts and increase self esteem. As a first generation American to immigrant parents, I also work with multicultural issues that young adults often face.
