Spoiler Alert: You aren't going to wake up one day with the life you've been dreaming of sitting on your lap. You have to choose it every day. When discipline is no longer convenient & when it's easier to hold on to the victim narrative you've told yourself to rationalize why you aren't there yet, rather than taking the necessary responsibility for yourself. AND we have ALL been in this place. What makes the difference is your willingness to choose differently moving forward. The day we start living our truth is when we ultimately decide. As your coach I promote self compassion and radical honesty/accountability. Lets take the leap! To best serve my clients, I offer therapy-informed coaching. I’ve earned a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Master Life Coach & Master NLP Certification, and participated in additional related studies at institutions such as Harvard. I draw from my personal journey, sharing how I've shown up like you are now, and practice showing up differently.
