I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand or patterns they understand all too well, but can’t seem to break. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find themselves feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or slowly losing themselves in relationships. They may be the ones who give a lot, keep the peace, or shut down when things feel too heavy. They want things to feel easier and more secure, but often feel frustrated that insight alone hasn’t brought the relief they hoped for.
