My ideal clients are adults who find themselves carrying the weight of unresolved childhood trauma, navigating the pressures of daily life stressors, or experiencing challenges in their relationships. These individuals are often high-functioning but internally overwhelmed-seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. They come to therapy with a desire to reset and refocus, recognizing that past wounds or present stressors are impacting their ability to live fully. Their goals are to process what’s been holding them back, develop healthier patterns, and move forward in a productive and emotionally balanced way.
