I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, birth doula, yoga teacher, and professor with a passion for walking alongside people through life’s most complex seasons. My work is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a belief that healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. In my practice, I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and life transitions. I also work with clients facing chronic illness and the lingering impact of stress and anxiety. Your first session with me is about creating a safe, welcoming space where you can exhale and know you don’t have to carry everything alone. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I’ll ask questions to get to know your story, your strengths, and your current challenges.
