Have you experienced trauma or loss due to pregnancy or reproductive difficulties? Did you experience a traumatic birth or currently experiencing post-birth anxiety, depression, or excessive worry? Through grace, compassion, and trauma-informed care, I work with clients to develop goals for achieving a healthy sense of self, family and community. I work with pregnant and postpartum birthing persons and their partners, pastoral and ministry leaders and staff, veterans, first responders, and law enforcement to develop coping strategies for complex trauma, PTSD and mood disorders occurring during pregnancy and postpartum.
