My goal is to guide people restore their self-esteem as a competent individual, build a healthy relationship with others, especially with their spouse and children, and promote lasting change that brings them to feel loved, capable, and alive. It may be a long journey, but by the end of the journey I have seen people moving away from unhealthy vicious cycle of the past and creating more desirable relationships with each other.
