You know where you want to be, and you have some insight into how to get there and some things that are holding you back. You just want an extra set of eyes and ears to assist in creating some clarity and intention in navigating your way. This is where I come in, using a person-centered approach, where I first listen and understand your complete picture, and then use my personal and professional knowledge and experience to shed light and give feedback on certain areas for growth. With that, my hope is that our work together serves as the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. My approach is a combination of person-centered and explorative, helping people gain a better understanding of themselves, their goals, and their challenges. Some areas that I commonly help my clients with are grief and loss, accepting what is in and out of our control, self-esteem, couples and relationship issues.
