Are you feeling dissatisfied with life? Feeling stuck, unhappy with relationships? I work with couples and individuals in all stages of life who have arrived at some sort of impasse. Often they have experienced some kind of loss. The loss of a job, loss of friends, or a divorce, empty nest issues, difficulty with relationships with adult kids. . I help clients work through a variety of issues: intimacy issues, depression, anxiety, addiction issues, unresolved trauma, panic attacks, and career dissatisfaction. My approach with couples and individuals is warm, pragmatic and present centered. I focus on both understanding my client's history, helping clients sort through current feelings and priorities and find a way to build more effective communication and life skills. For couples workI am trained in both EFT and Gottman therapeutic approaches.
