Although change can be a good thing, it may feel too fast, creating fear and anxiety. When life becomes too difficult to manage and when there are regular and unresolved conflicts among family members it may be time to seek help and gain perspective. The Center for Counseling Services provides a safe space to explore emotions, resolve conflict and hurt to promote healing.
