I have over twenty five years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. Whether issues relate to life stressors, relationships, substance abuse, psychiatric illness, or a combination of these difficulties, I can help clients to identify their problems and explore solutions. My goal is to empower my clients through education, to help them learn and utilize skills to assess their problems, identify strategies that have and have not worked in the past, and implement change in both thoughts and actions. Clients carry these skills far beyond the therapeutic relationship.
