If you have made it to this website, you are already on your way to resolving your conflict. My primary work is with adults and couples struggling with relationship and career issues. I also specialize in mood disorders (anxiety and depression), loss and grief and in decision making. I focus on helping individuals and couples to bring awareness (mindfulness) to their feelings, bodies, moods and dreams to access their insight. From this insight, behavioral change can be explored and implemented. I provide both short and long term treatment. My style is interactive and I sometimes suggest behavioral homework.
