My name is Nancy, I am a Chicana/Mexica therapist who is bilingual in English and Spanish. My approach to wellness is rooted in ancestral knowledge, Mi Dualidad, LLC honors the spiritual and emotional aspects of mental health. All parts of self are sacred, we all hold duality within, an understanding of how this exists is key to balance. Individuals have an innate ability to heal and possess the skills needed to support themselves along this process throughout their lives.
