Looking at patients’ early development, childhood, adolescence, and life experiences helps formulate my understanding of their current psychology and behavior. I use a client-centered, Psychodynamic approach that pulls from different theoretical orientations, including, but not limited to, psychoanalysis, behavior, and Cognitive therapy.
