I believe that effective therapy fosters a reconnection with one’s strengths and uncovers the potential for healing, even in the midst of significant challenges. My role is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotional world, gain clarity, and identify the internal or relational barriers that may be limiting growth. I chose this work to help individuals navigate the complexities of life with greater insight, resilience, and authenticity. As a trauma-informed therapist, I work with individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, impulse control challenges, life transitions, and relational or family dynamics. I help clients develop insight into emotional and behavioral patterns that impact functioning, within a therapeutic environment grounded in compassion and trust.
