Welcome. I am so glad you're here. Change happens when we feel connected, regulated and validated. In therapy, we’ll work together to better understand your story, exploring how trauma, attachments, and life experiences have shaped your patterns, beliefs and relationships -so that you can move toward greater coping, self-understanding and alignment with what truly matters to you. I provide a warm, and nonjudgmental space for patients to explore the experiences and patterns that may be getting in the way of feeling fulfilled, authentic, and connected. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been in practice for over 10 years. I spent several years working in University Counseling Centers before switching to private practice. I specialize in identity development, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression as well as personality and relational difficulties. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome all individuals.
