About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has been in practice since 1993. I work with adults and adolescents with a variety of problems including: relationship issues, anxiety, depression, career dissatisfaction, and addictions. Many patients feel that their lives are stagnant and not aligned with their best and truest selves. I believe that the goals of therapy are freedom from suffering, loving relationships, meaningful occupation, optimism, and a sense of well-being. My approach is warm and supportive. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight, change self-defeating patterns, and make decisions that support a happy and rich life.
