Not accepting new clients at this time. I provide compassionate, supportive and caring counseling treating depression, anxiety and trauma for adults. I understand and appreciate how difficult the decision can be to seek counseling services. My first goal is to help you to feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. I will work with you from a place of respect and trust that allows for self exploration and growth. We will work to process the issues, gain perspective and work toward helpful solutions .
