Clients who work with me typically have a history of dealing with anxiety, sadness, being overwhelmed, childhood trauma, and strained relationships with significant others. I believe that therapy can be a safe relationship where a person is given time and space to explore challenging things that have happened in life. Knowing that you aren't required to carry your burdens on your own is a relief that I strive to give ALL of my clients in therapy.
