I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 30 years. I bring this experience to every new client I work with. My approach is engaged and practical. I want to find the ways that work best for each client, to assist them in solving problems, addressing emotional concerns and finding solutions to their difficulties. I make suggestions and encourage clients to explore choices, to build on their strengths, to identify and achieve goals. I work with a wide range of problems and find the practice of psychotherapy creative and life affirming. I welcome new clients and support their well being.
