My therapy philosophy is to work with clients in the seven key areas of life: social and family relationships, career and educational goals, financial security, physical health and leisure, life responsibilities, society and contributions, and mental, emotional, and well being. My philosophy is that we need balance and harmony in these key areas to live fulfilled life. I help my clients determine the goals they want to accomplish and we execute a plan to meet our goals through person centered therapy. I use many modalities to help my clients accomplish the goals we set.
