Life comes with so many emotions. Some days we experience joy and happiness. Other days we are stuck in a loop of anxiety, apathy, or grief. Even though we all wish it did, life doesn’t come with a clear roadmap towards happiness, success, or contentment. I love helping kids, adolescents, adults, and couples forge their own path towards happiness, whatever that looks like for them and individually tailor therapy so each client can reach their goals and grow toward a happy and balanced life.
