I offer therapy to relieve anxiety and depression and discover the underlying causes. I also specialize in trauma and PTSD. If you've seen other therapists without results, it may be because you've only participated in talk or cognitive therapy. I've found that deeply ingrained beliefs and coping mechanisms that develop when we're young are often responsible for dysfunction or repeated negative emotions later in life. I offer therapy to help you discover the reasons for triggers and patterns of behavior and how to change them. Unfortunately, I do not take insurance.
