I became a therapist because facilitating people's growth during difficult times is my strength, my purpose. I have been assisting people making changes in their lives as long as I remember. Change is difficult but impossible to avoid. Also, mental health, when untreated, can take people down unintended paths. I want to change the stigma of asking for help and spent the last 5 years serving in the US Air Force doing this and I saw the difference it can make. I want people to be comfortable asking "are you thinking of hurting yourself?" I have an open door, glass half full, solution focused mindset. All are welcome so let’s talk.
