The reality is that everyone should have someone to talk to. Unfortunately, a lot of people are struggling with pain, loss, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I believe in the importance of genuine conversation and communication. I am of the mind that most of us just want to be heard, without judgement. My focus in therapy is trust, compassion and empathy. I am confident of my ability to "meet you where you are" and support my clients in making changes. After all, "...nothing changes, if NOTHING changes." I can help you to identify areas that may need adjustment and modification and encourage you to live your best life.
