I especially enjoy helping individuals and families accomplish goals, eliminate stress and have the kind of life we all deserve. I have been a therapist for more than thirty five years, and a registered nurse for more than thirty five years, incorporating both fields of knowledge into my practice. I have volunteered with the CSMR, in the role of a medical officer for nine years and enjoy helping military personnel and their families. I believe everyone has problems from time to time, and counseling can help.
