I work with individuals, couples, and families. My approach begins with creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship in order to identify your strengths, prioritize your goals, reflect on your patterns and relationships that are not working well, explore your feelings and to find alternative ways to get your needs met. Collaboratively, we will work on identifying and strengthening your inner self. The goal is to assist you to achieve a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life with enriching relationships.
