I work comfortably with adolescents and adults. Offering them a comfortable, safe and non-judgemental environment. Therapy starts when a person picks up the phone to make their first appointment and he/or she states to the therapist their presenting problem, that single action takes a brave soul to announce out loud to a total stranger their problem. I honor that person and their strength. I am a eclectic therapist with a broad knowledge of expertise. Using the best therapy modality that will best fit my client's needs, so that they may reach their goals and decrease their stress and anxiety.
