The Teachers Therapist. Having been a teacher for over 10 years, I understand the specific anxieties and worries around the profession. The anxiety can seep into all aspects of your life and the relationships that surround you. In addition to working with teachers, I work with men and women who are experiencing the debilitating effects of anxiety, depression, addiction and the breakdown of relationships. I work with both couples and individuals to explore the root cause as well as an individual's core belief system. Together we explore the benefits of change and how it can lead to thriving and not just surviving.
