Over the past 30 years I have been honored to journey with clients through a wide range of life transitions, spanning from graduation through retirement. Much of my work is focused upon helping clients create more intimate and fulfilling relationships and I especially enjoy working with couples. My approach to therapy is characterized by warmth, engaged listening, and collaboration. We work together to create safety and connection, transform painful emotions, and tap into your innate capacity for growth and healing. I have advanced training in both Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). Rooted in attachment theory and neuroscience, both approaches bring presence, wisdom, and compassion to painful or confusing emotions. Processing core emotions creates a portal for new, healing, and transformative experiences.
