I am a relational and psychodynamic therapist who works with adults, adolescents, couples and families dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, life transitions, marital stress, relationship problems, substance abuse and career related concerns. I use a supportive, explorative and collaborative approach to help clients create a life of health and balance. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University.
