Are you anxious about events happening in your life. Do you feel you lack control, if there is such a thing? Are you troubled by past events that seem to disrupt your present moment experiences or even your relationships with others? Are you overworked, stressed out, or simply can not find or make any peace in your living? Do certain thoughts take up too much mental space or repeat too often to be able to focus on your current or next moment. Are you simply worried about the future? If any of this sounds like you then I am here to help. I am passionate about working with first responders, those experiencing trauma/PTSD and veterans. I work well with teenage issues like school anxiety, body image issues and dealing with emotional changes. I see individuals and couples. Additional areas include men's issues, life adjustment changes and relationship issues. LCPC and EMDR trained.
