Hola! Hello there! My name is Nancy Equihua and I am a first-generation Latina therapist. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions in both languages. We can all agree that no matter what stage of life we find ourselves in, that life can be challenging to navigate through with all its chaotic rollercoasters of ups and downs. You might not have the space to process your experiences and I’m here to tell you that you’re not alone on this journey. I’m here to guide you in the right direction and foster a healthy and emotional connection towards healing.
