As a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Hypnotherapist, I have over 30 years experience in the mental health field, with focus on co-dependency patterns and behaviors and other family dysfunction. I use an eclectic approach based on the clients' needs, not a cookie cutter approach. By creating a safe, non-judgmental, caring environment, healing can occur. I help the client set and clarify personal goals, prescribe psychoeducational books, support groups and help empower the client to be his/her best self, escape the co-dependent trap and live a meaningful life and eliminate "psychic/energy vampires" to live free.
