My approach is accepting, caring, confidential and non-judgmental, as well as practical and grounded. Whatever your difficulties, I will listen to try to understand who you are, and what you are needing as you go forward. Many people are looking for clarity, healing of emotional pain, support through suffering and loss, or recovery from trauma or painful experiences. Therapy can help with these issues. I work with individuals, couples, teens and families on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and developing more trust and acceptance, to improve closeness and positive feelings in relationships. View 4 Photos I offer a specialty called Sandplay therapy. This is a non-verbal therapy for expressing ideas, impressions and feelings, using images, symbols and sand. Sometimes it's difficult to talk about our pain. Using figures in the sand can provide a way to express what is inside. Sandplay also stimulates neural connections in the brain, and activates healing.
