Life is a journey and there are many obstacles to overcome. My goal is to help clients who are struggling with day to day issues and things they have pushed way down deep inside. I like to work with adult clients (over the age of 23) and I feel I do really good work with the bumps and bruises in life that cause anxiety, depression, grief, and many other feelings that people don't like to feel or talk about. I also work with substance abuse clients that are trying to find better coping skills than the substance they abuse. I believe everyone has the right to find and feel some happiness and joy in their lives!
