I work with adult individuals and with couples of all stages of relationships. Perhaps a recent event in your life has produced anxiety or sadness or a rupture in a relationship. Or perhaps you have a nagging sense that life could be better, that something is holding you back, or you are confused about some of your feelings and longings. Or maybe you have trauma which has lurked in the background for a long time and you are wondering if it would help to look into it but you are a bit hesitant.
