I love helping people work through tough life situations, heal the past and feel better about themselves and their relationships. My own challenges with depression and anxiety as a young adult gave me a lot of insight, tools, and empathy. It is because of those experiences that I am who I am today. I am a seasoned professional (a flattering way to say I've been around a while) with extensive education and training that keeps me current. Each life stage brings different challenges as well as growth opportunities and for those reasons, I love working with all age ranges - from young adults to those way past retirement age.
